All our Gold and diamond jewellery comes with 30 days warranty covering against any manufacturer defects. Any manufacturer defects would be apparent within this time. For any manufacturing defects, we have jewellers on site that can repair or if necessary, replace the item. If you are sending an item back due to a manufacturer issue or for ring sizing, you must first contact our sales team at lsgoldpieces@outlook.com and obtain authorization from our returns department.

After the 30-day warranty period, we offer repair services at nominal pricing. Shipping is not covered under warranty.

Damages caused by excessive wear-and-tear & /or physical abuse are not covered under warranty.
