All items ordered via our website will be sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery, Guaranteed by 1pm.

Tracking info will be made available once the item has been posted and will arrive with all of your regular mail to your address by the next working day.

In the very unlikely event the parcel does not arrive, please contact the Royal Mail with your tracking reference to find out an approximate delivery time directly from Royal Mail. As once the item has been posted, the delivery is then solely up to Royal Mail, therefore Giggy's will not be able to give you any further updates in regards to delivery times etc.

Any postal returns to us (provided the items are new, unused and fall within the criteria of our returns policy) we advise using the same postal method listed above with enough compensation cover to cover the parcels contents, thus ensuring a safe and insured return of any goods.
